  • 01Design the enterprise-wide frameworks for talent calibration and performance management, ensuring corporate policy translates into meaningful, consistent execution by managers on the ground
  • 02Partner directly with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, serving as a high-trust coach for managers navigating complex leadership challenges across technical, industrial, and global environments
  • 03Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design to ensure structure evolves ahead of rapid global growth, managing change management frameworks during scaling and restructuring
  • 04Direct the methodology for identifying high-potential performers and implement the 9-Box Talent Matrix to facilitate leadership reviews, ensuring a visible bench of future leaders across Digital Infrastructure and Energy teams
  • 05Create and implement data-driven employee retention and engagement programs, analyzing organizational health metrics to design interventions that reduce turnover and maximize employee lifetime value
  • 06Champion the end-to-end employee experience, building clear growth pathways and mobility programs that allow talent to evolve careers within the company

Требования

  • 0115+ years of experience in HR leadership, with at least 8 years leading teams in high-growth, global tech or industrial companies
  • 02Proven ability to build programs and processes from scratch and navigate organizational growth through the 'messy middle' (e.g., 500 to 2,500+ employees)
  • 03Experience managing diverse employee populations, including software engineers, data center technicians, and construction/unionized labor
  • 04Commercial and technical mindset with proficiency in technoeconomic modeling, data analytics, and HRIS/BI tools to prove ROI of people initiatives
  • 05High-intensity leadership style thriving in high-trust, high-accountability environments with a bias towards action in rapid decision-making
  • 06Elite communication skills to distill complex organizational issues into decision-grade memos for Board and Executive team
  • 07Global perspective with deep understanding of international labor markets and experience managing employee success across North America, Europe, and emerging markets
  • 0815+ years in HRBP, Employee Relations, or People Operations leadership
  • 09Demonstrated experience building a People organization from the ground up
  • 10Proven expertise in compensation design, succession planning, and workforce analytics
  • 11Ability to travel up to 40-50% to support global sites and data center locations
