Business Development Representative

  • 01Generate appointments by independently identifying companies and contacts that would be a good fit for our services and making decisions to reach out to them via email, linkedin, cold calling and/or using our other sophisticated software sales tools
  • 02Independently create and manage multiple outbound sequence campaigns in our sales engagement platform
  • 03Record and document all activity in Salesforce.com
  • 04Monitor the social web for opportunities and leads as well as participate in outbound social marketing initiatives
  • 05Leverage taught sales techniques to maximise prospect interactions
  • 06Maintain high level of activity with the intent to qualify and create exponential sales

Требования

  • 01Experience selling to the DACH region is highly desirable
  • 02Proactive, independent thinker and creative problem solver with high energy/positive attitude
  • 03The ability to think critically and make decisions independent of managerial oversight
  • 04Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
  • 05Must be able to interact, adapt and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • 06Desire to learn new skills and build a career in software sales
  • 07Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
  • 08Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 09Ability to adapt and execute new sales and qualification strategies
  • 10Ability to create leads and opportunities from individual prospecting efforts
  • 111+ years SAAS or relevant sales experience
  • 12Sales engagement platforms, Outreach/Salesloft experience
  • 13Legally eligible to work in Germany on an ongoing basis
  • 14Fluency in German & English is required
