Account Development Representative - DACH

- 01Source pipelines for the EMEA business and generate opportunities via outbound outreach
- 02Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- 03Participate in trade shows and events to represent the Samsara brand and connect with prospective customers and partners
- 04Become a product expert and learn the Samsara way of selling
- 05Keep meticulous records of interactions with accounts in CRM (Salesforce.com)
- 06Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team)
- 07Average 60+ calls to prospective customers daily
- 08Receive both on-the-job and formal training programs led by a world-class sales team
Требования
- 011-3 years of professional experience, ideally in customer-facing roles
- 026-12 months of sales experience as a minimum
- 03Highly motivated and committed with a strong desire to work in target-driven sales
- 04Proven track record of consistently overachieving targets/expectations in previous roles
- 05Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 06Curious and able to ask insightful questions
- 07Champion of a growth mindset
- 08High proficiency in English and German
- 09Experience in closing-sales roles (ideal)
- 10Proven track record of achievements beyond work (e.g., academics, sports, charity)
- 11Willingness to collaborate and influence in a 'win as a team' environment
- 12Excitement about solving new problems in innovative ways
- 13Motivation to help build a fast-growing business in the IoT and SaaS space
