Professional Services Business Development Director (Remote Eligible)

- 01Own the end-to-end services sales cycle from early qualification through signed Statement of Work (SOW)
- 02Elevate customer and account team discussions to influence platform adoption and long-term value creation
- 03Apply value-based selling frameworks to uncover customer priorities and link them to Smartsheet solutions
- 04Develop trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key decision makers to accelerate deal velocity
- 05Generate and progress pipeline by identifying whitespace and creating new opportunities
- 06Forecast with discipline using Salesforce and Clari for precise pipeline management
- 07Contribute thought leadership by mentoring peers and sharing market insights

- 017 years carrying a services or solutions quota for enterprise customers
- 02Consistent record of closing Professional Services opportunities >$250k
- 03Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-solution deals
- 04Strong command of value-based selling (e.g., Smartsheet Value Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger)
- 05Track record in territory management and account planning across Large Enterprise
- 06Ability to travel up to 40–50%
- 07BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred

- 02Base salary range: $112,500 — $142,500 USD
