Enterprise Account Executive-Strategic Accounts

- 01Consistently exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas
- 02Effectively forecast, manage a diverse pipeline and consistently achieve performance metrics
- 03Provide account and selling team leadership, drive sales strategy and develop accounts over a multi-year time horizon
- 04Create and maintain actionable account plans
- 05Collaborate with internal cross‑functional experts and external partners
- 06Drive a positive customer experience and outcomes throughout the customer journey
- 07Actively engage and sell to Line of Business, Functional Areas and IT departments
- 08Manage and execute both transactional land/expand and value‑based solution selling motions
- 09Leverage MEDDICC during the sales process
- 10Build and maintain relationships with VP+, C‑suite executives and key decision‑makers
- 11Demonstrate a winning, competitive, and positive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
- 12Evangelize the functional and solution value of Smartsheet
- 13Utilize data and PLG signals to drive sales strategies and decisions
Требования
- 01Proven experience in enterprise (G2K) complex software solution sales
- 025‑10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding quota
- 03Minimum 3+ years tenure in previous roles demonstrating company loyalty and growth trajectory
- 04Ability to prospect, build demand and hunt in a defined territory
- 05Strong experience in team‑based strategic account planning, development and execution
- 06Experience with value selling methodologies such as Force Management, Sandler, Value Selling Framework or similar
- 07Executive presence with proven ability to engage VP+ and C‑suite executives
- 08Willingness to travel 30%‑50% for face‑to‑face customer engagement
- 09Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- 10Data‑driven mindset with ability to leverage PLG signals in sales strategies
- 11Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 01Base salary range $130,000 – $180,000 USD, plus market‑competitive incentive opportunity
