Обязанности

  • 01Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
  • 02Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns
  • 03Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
  • 04Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams
  • 05Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team
  • 06Attend sales meetings, trainings, and local trade shows to keep current with technology and ecosystem

Требования

  • 01Excellent verbal and written communication in German & English
  • 02University degree from an accredited institution
  • 03A passion for technology and software sales, 1-2 years of customer facing experience is preferred
  • 04Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
  • 05Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated
  • 06The ability to thrive in a company environment of rapid change; reacting to management initiatives; taking the "customer view"; adopting customer corporate ‘perspective’; accepting change to business/personal situations
  • 07Resourcefulness and results driven operating style
  • 08Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impact
  • 09Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills
  • 10Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
