Marketing Operations Manager

- 01Execute assigned projects and support standard operational tasks to deliver superior services and systems to the marketing team
- 02Build clear, "how-to" process documentation for the broader marketing team and facilitate training sessions
- 03Maintain close alignment between the Marketing Operations team and our Strategic Sourcing and Security teammates
- 04Collaborate with fellow Marketing Operations team members on ad hoc analysis, brainstorming sessions, and projects
- 05Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally
Требования
- 013+ years of relevant experience (roles in marketing operations, business systems, sales operations, process improvement, etc. with emphasis on problem solving and execution preferred)
- 02A strong sense of ownership and bias for action complemented by a passion for process design and delivering a stellar end user experience
- 03Eagerness to stay up to date on the latest MarTech news and bring value to the business through the innovative use of technology
- 04Experience with project management tools (i.e. Airtable, Jira) to manage operational tickets and projects
- 05Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (i.e. Procurement, BizTech, Security) to deliver on Marketing needs

- 01This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Canada
- 02Annual Base Salary $93,500 — $121,000 CAD
- 03This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance
