Manager, Sales Operations

  • 01Design, scale, and elevate systems, processes, and policies that power the global sales engine.
  • 02Own and scale critical Run-the-Business (RTB) processes to ensure sales organization operates with speed, accuracy, and consistency as revenue grows past $2B.
  • 03Own, scale, and uplevel Run-the-Business (RTB) processes that are critical to keeping Sales running seamlessly—driving accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement.
  • 04Hire, develop, and retain talent on the team, with a view towards using automation to expand per person capacity.
  • 05Drive operational excellence in account segmentation, territory planning, and execution, building frameworks and analyses that guide how we assign and manage books of business.
  • 06Work with systems and data teams to enhance workflows, automate manual tasks, and drive efficiency across the Sales organization.
  • 07Leverage Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel logic to manage complex ownership models, territory rules, and opportunity distribution.
  • 08Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

Требования

  • 015+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles
  • 022+ years of people management experience
  • 03Proven success in managing tools and/or processes for large sales teams (1,000+ users)
  • 04Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to increase productivity and transform team capacity
  • 05Strong project management skills with experience in implementation and ROI measurement
  • 06Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • 07Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and productivity software
  • 08Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA is optional
  • 09Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Administrator experience a plus)
  • 10Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • 11Experience in account segmentation, territory planning, and sales operations execution
  • 12Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • 13Project/program management experience; familiarity with Lead-to-Cash systems or process improvement methodologies is a plus

Условия

  • 01Annual base salary range: $95,497.50 – $128,400 USD
  • 02Eligible for performance-based bonus/variable pay and equity (for eligible roles)
  • 03Open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Seattle Metro
