Director, ABM & Field Marketing

- 01Own and evolve Samsara’s 1:1 ABM strategy for top enterprise accounts
- 02Lead biweekly ABM account strategy sessions with Enterprise Sales
- 03Develop tailored marketing strategies that accelerate deal progression and increase win rates
- 04Align marketing investment to enterprise pipeline priorities and forecast visibility
- 05Drive measurable impact on net-new enterprise acquisition and expansion revenue
- 06Oversee planning and execution of high-touch executive programs, including EBCs, VIP hospitality events, strategic dinners, and exclusive field experiences
- 07Ensure executive programs are strategically tied to deal advancement and account plans, not standalone events
- 08Define and implement a clear long-term ABM & Field Marketing roadmap
- 09Evolve the team from generalist execution to defined specialization across ABM and Field Marketing disciplines
- 10Establish prioritization frameworks, operational rigor, and scalable processes
- 11Drive year-over-year program maturity, optimization, and performance improvement
- 12Act as the primary marketing liaison to Enterprise Sales leadership
- 13Bring structure and clarity in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
- 14Build credibility with senior sales leaders and operate comfortably at the executive level
- 15Own enterprise ABM and field marketing pipeline targets
- 16Evaluate ROI of 1:1 programs and executive events
- 17Use pipeline metrics, sales cycle insights, and forecasting data to inform investment decisions
- 18Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
- 19Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
Требования
- 0110+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant experience in Enterprise ABM
- 025+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
- 03Demonstrated experience building or leading a true 1:1 ABM program (not solely scaled digital ABM)
- 04Strong partnership experience with Enterprise Sales organizations
- 05Proven ability to evolve a team from execution-oriented to strategically driven with clear specialization and structure
- 06Deep fluency in enterprise pipeline metrics, forecasting, and complex sales cycles
- 07Strong executive communication skills and cross-functional influence
- 08Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments owning both strategic vision and execution in a scaling organization
