- 01Oversee a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs)
- 02Ensure the delivery of exceptional technical support and account management
- 03Act as a champion of change, utilizing a data-driven approach
- 04Be accountable for team metrics and fostering professional development
- 05Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
- 06Establish a coaching rhythm and clear performance benchmarks
- 07Actively engage in professional growth through tailored development plans and mentorship
- 08Develop and deploy AI-assisted workflows
- 09Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- 10Contribute to the long-term strategic planning
- 11Apply a rigorous, data-driven approach to identify organizational risks and opportunities
- 12Translate technical and business insights into actionable data
- 13Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority technical escalations
Требования
- 01Minimum of 3 years in a people manager role
- 02Proven track record of leading globally distributed technical account managers
- 03Demonstrated success in achieving technical account management goals
- 04Demonstrated success in maintaining high retention for enterprise-level customers
- 05Exceptional skills in influencing all organizational levels
- 06Ability to translate complex technical data into clear business cases for executive stakeholders
- 07Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical work experience
- 08Demonstrated expertise in IoT, APIs, SQL, and scripting languages
- 09Prior experience scaling TAM teams or technical service organizations
- 10Advanced proficiency with Gainsight, Tableau, Salesforce, or Zendesk
- 11A strong focus on driving value-based outcomes and ROI for customers
