  • 01Act as a trusted technical advisor to deliver measurable business value and drive long-term adoption of the Samsara platform.
  • 02Proactively optimize customers' technical health and mitigate risk to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
  • 03Build enduring customer relationships by translating operational goals into powerful technical solutions.
  • 04Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product teams to champion customer needs.
  • 05Manage customer communications and expectations during critical incidents to achieve successful resolution.
  • 06Drive customer impact and value realization by understanding business objectives and aligning Samsara solutions, tracking technical ROI.
  • 07Independently manage a portfolio of customers in Mexico, developing tailored success plans and mitigating risks to customer health.
  • 08Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to team-wide objectives.
  • 09Serve as the primary technical point of contact, mastering Samsara's platform (APIs, hardware, software) and advising on best practices.
  • 10Troubleshoot complex technical issues and own the technical ticket lifecycle, including escalations and root cause analysis.
  • 11Lead customer meetings, from technical deep dives to quarterly reviews, adapting communication for technical and executive audiences.
  • 12Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and deliver a unified experience.
  • 13Take initiative on team projects and process improvements, contribute to internal knowledge base, and help onboard new team members.
  • 14Champion Samsara's core values and operating principles, seeking feedback for continuous improvement.

Требования

  • 015+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical account management, solutions consulting, or customer success.
  • 02Demonstrated track record of success in such roles.
  • 03Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 04Exceptional technical literacy with ability to understand and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations.
  • 05Strong passion for technology and commitment to continuous learning, including interest in AI.
