- 01Continually maintain and share accurate renewal results, forecasts, and customer trends
- 02Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Executives on account strategy
- 03Deliver against targets on a team and individual level
- 04Step into strategic renewals and complex deals to support your team

Требования
- 013+ years of sales management experience, 8+ years of overall sales experience
- 02Experience of working with high volume SMB/MM to large Enterprise customers across our EMEA markets UK/I, France and Germany
- 03Exceptional track record, including overperformance of general business objectives and sales targets
- 04Demonstrated record of success in a high-pressure, performance driven sales environment
- 05Proven history of ability to hire, train, manage, and motivate talented sales teams
- 06History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
- 07Strong interpersonal, networking and influencing skills with executive level comms
- 08Strong empathy towards customers and passion for revenue and growth
- 09Love for winning as a team
- 10Renewals and SaaS experience preferred
- 11Bachelor’s degree preferred
