Enterprise Sales Engineer - Toronto

Обязанности
- 01Become an expert on Samsara products and articulate how businesses use them to solve industry obstacles
- 02Deliver work products for deals including discoveries, demonstrations, value assessments, and proof of concept implementations
- 03Walk installers through installation scenarios and help build deployment plans
- 04Write sample proof-of-concept scripts against Samsara's open API and document them for other SEs
- 05Act as a consultant to customers to enable deeper account entrenchment through integration, upsell, and cross-sell
- 06Act as liaison between product and sales teams, translating technical feedback and enrolling customers in beta programs
- 07Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally
Требования
- 01Bachelor's of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university
- 025 years of experience working with customers in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support capacity
- 03Ability to influence stakeholders based on technical sales acumen and understanding of business processes
- 04Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- 05Previous experience managing hardware and/or software product evaluations
- 06Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
- 07Experience with technical consulting, cloud software, cloud-connected hardware, computer networking, business systems integration, automation, and control systems
