Public Sector Channel Partner Manager

- 01Own the Public Sector vertical for the AMER channel team, identifying and mitigating risks while developing programs that scale
- 02Grow Asana’s FSI partner motion supporting our FedRAMP offering, AsanaGov, as well as our SLED business in NAMER
- 03Build and own relationships with priority federal SIs (e.g., GDIT, Booz Allen, Raytheon)
- 04Manage a cohesive sell-through model between FSIs, Carahsoft (our key distributor), and our Public Sector sales team
- 05Partner with Account Executives and internal teams to drive pipeline and help close high-impact opportunities
- 06Collaborate with the partner enablement team to launch, engage, and activate new partnerships
- 07Team with other partner support functions to enable new partners and expand existing relationships

- 01Experienced in the SaaS software industry and the FSI partner community
- 02Deeply knowledgeable of government contracting and sales processes within the public sector landscape
- 03Skilled at engaging partner executives while remaining hands-on in the sales process with direct clients
- 04Process- and outcomes-oriented, with the ability to drive accountability and implement scalable partner management workflows
- 05An excellent communicator and relationship-builder capable of managing change across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 06Familiar with working with distributors; experience collaborating with Carahsoft or similar is a strong plus
- 07Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- 08Commutable to the Washington, D.C. metro area to attend partner meetings

- 02Base salary range between $172,000 - $196,000
