- 01Define and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with the Integrated Campaigns team to drive measurable business results
- 02Develop and maintain messaging and positioning that articulates how new applications serve enterprise needs and solve complex problems for technical personas
- 03Drive high-impact product launches that generate market momentum, ranging from flagship releases to incremental feature updates
- 04Equip Sales and Success teams to win by creating high-quality enablement materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, and customer stories
- 05Act as the connective tissue between Product, Partnerships, and Sales to ensure product-market fit and roadmap alignment
- 06Analyze performance data and customer feedback to refine positioning and proactively identify new growth opportunities
Требования
- 018+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B tech space (SaaS experience preferred)
- 02You understand how software is built, feel comfortable engaging with developers and engineering leaders, and can translate technical capabilities into value-based stories
- 03Proven track record of scaling products from '1 to 10' and '10 to 100,' with a deep understanding of both PLG and SLG motions
- 04You are naturally inclined to explore new tools, identify what’s possible, and thrive on distilling complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives
- 05Strong experience partnering with Product teams to align roadmaps with market needs and customer pain points
- 06Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

- 01Role is based in the San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule
- 02The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- 03Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays
- 04Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner
- 05Estimated base salary range is between $180,000 - $207,000
- 06Compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits
