- 01Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform capabilities including APIs, integration rails, permissions, roles, and governance
- 02Lead teams building the developer platform, integration foundations, and strategic integrations
- 03Shape secure access for humans, applications, and AI agents across work objects and collaboration surfaces
- 04Partner with admin, enterprise governance, security, and platform foundations teams to deliver safe by default systems
- 05Balance long‑term platform architecture with near‑term product delivery and customer needs
- 06Directly manage 4‑5 direct reports and oversee strategy and execution of five R&D teams
Требования
- 0110+ years of product management experience, especially in platform, APIs, developer products, integrations, enterprise B2B, security, or governance
- 02Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with security, compliance, and interoperability requirements
- 03Proven cross‑functional leadership aligning engineering, design, research, data science, GTM, and executive stakeholders
- 04Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences
- 05Interest in AI tools and their product implications
Условия
- 01Hybrid office‑centric schedule in Vancouver: in‑office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; optional remote Wednesday; Friday remote depending on role
- 02Base salary range $353,000 – $415,000, variable based on market and qualifications
- 03Additional compensation may include equity and other incentive components
