Account Executive, Strategic Accounts

  • 01Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline and close customers onto the Airtable Platform through inbound and outbound efforts
  • 02Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all industries
  • 03Prioritize book of business, develop and execute account plans, identify new opportunities and bridge use cases across departments
  • 04Source expansion opportunities in new departments and present multi-use case stories to CIO and other executives
  • 05Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • 06Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including legal, sales engineering, implementation specialists and leadership
  • 07Educate and consult customers on the value of Airtable throughout the sales and adoption cycle
  • 08Model use cases where Airtable can drive business transformation across different industries
  • 09Prioritize opportunities and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound email efficiently
  • 10Forecast performance against sales targets with high accuracy using deal-by-deal commits and territory analysis

  • 018+ years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience
  • 026+ years selling into the Enterprise segment
  • 03Track record of overachieving quota across multiple quarters
  • 04Experience selling to central buying/IT teams and managing stakeholders in Procurement and Legal
  • 05Proven ability to close 6‑figure ARR deals in a competitive market
  • 06Strong prospecting, account planning and complex deal ownership with named accounts (3K+ FTEs)
  • 07Ability to develop long‑term relationships with C‑level, executive and VP stakeholders
  • 08Consultative selling approach and ability to navigate complex client needs
  • 09Excellent communication, executive presence and presentation skills
  • 10Growth mindset, resourcefulness and creative problem‑solving

  • 01Remote work possible; on‑site locations include San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York
  • 02On‑target earnings: $272,000 – $354,000 USD for Bay Area/Seattle/LA/NY, $245,000 – $318,000 USD for other locations
  • 03Total compensation includes base salary, incentive compensation, restricted stock units and benefits
