  • 01Own a territory or named-account book and lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (net-new and expansion)
  • 02Build and maintain executive-level relationships and champions; multi-thread across business and technical stakeholders
  • 03Run structured discovery and account planning to identify priority workflows, expansion vectors, and risk
  • 04Deliver tailored demos and executive narratives; guide customers through technical validation and enterprise readiness
  • 05Orchestrate security reviews, legal redlines, procurement, and complex stakeholder alignment
  • 06Forecast accurately, maintain deal hygiene, and drive urgency without sacrificing trust
  • 07Partner deeply with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to design rollout plans and long-term value realization
  • 08Bring customer feedback into our operating cadence to help iterate on our sales motions and influence roadmap priorities

Требования

  • 018–15+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software, with a proven record of closing large, complex deals
  • 02Strong executive communication and ability to navigate complex org structures
  • 03Experience selling to technical buyers (CIO, CTO, VP of Product, VP of Engineering) and aligning product capabilities to both technical requirements and business outcomes
  • 04Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder diligence (security, legal, procurement) and keep momentum through ambiguity
  • 05High agency and resilience: you create planful motion, learn quickly, and drive outcomes
  • 06Hands-on orientation with AI and modern workflows; you’re curious and adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
  • 07Comfortable with ambiguity — as Notion expands you’ll help refine our Enterprise motion (outbound, partner, and expansion plays), build repeatable process, and bring sharp customer feedback into how we scale

  • 01In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture; team members are required to work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days), with possible additional in-office days for certain teams
  • 02Notion offers highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits
  • 03For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated total on‑target earnings (base salary + target incentive) range is $250,000 – $325,000 per year
