01Manage a portfolio of high performing Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to achieve partnership goals including sales quota and marketing activities
02Develop best practices to engage with GSI's, escalate issues and set expectations with these partners on working with Snowflake
03Develop Partner specific account plans to include annual & quarterly goals, marketing support, requirements, etc.
04Manage the process of matching up customers and Partners as they will represent Snowflake as the professional services arm
05Ensure that the Partners maintain baseline training and knowledge of Snowflake
06Adhere to and support various program guidelines, rules, and measures
07Assist as needed in the development of required support materials for the program
08Measure and report on success of assigned Partners
09Help with recruitment, training, and on-boarding of new Partners

0110+ years in partner / alliances sales
025+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
033+ years experience focused on global systems integrator / GSI
04Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred
05Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels) and for external use
06Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
07Strong problem solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
08Bachelor's degree
