Обязанности

  • 01Strategically plan and work with Partners and Sales team to deliver cross-functional GTM to engage strategic partners in the ASEAN region
  • 02Focus on top System Integrator (SI) Partners predominantly headquartered in Philippines
  • 03Drive marketing activities with partners to increase brand awareness and product adoption
  • 04Define and implement a structure to lead the strategy for top SI in the ASEAN region
  • 05Evangelize, enable, and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate business growth
  • 06Increase mindshare of Snowflake with identified partners in Philippines
  • 07Manage a portfolio of high-performing Systems Integrators to achieve partnership goals including sales quotas, technical, and marketing activities
  • 08Formulate winning strategies and strategize account engagements with the field to win together
  • 09Work with sales, solution engineering, professional services, and other teams to collaborate for success
  • 10Develop partner-specific account plans including annual and quarterly goals, marketing, and enablement plans
  • 11Work collaboratively with sales and sales engineering teams to meet territory sales goals
  • 12Collaborate with global program, Cloud, and ISV teams to meet global program goals
  • 13Adhere to and support various program guidelines, rules, and measures
  • 14Ensure partners maintain baseline training and knowledge of Snowflake, create joint solutions together built on Snowflake
  • 15Align GTM strategy across various business segments with appropriate partners
  • 16Handle high pace in a high-growth organization
  • 17Meet sales quota targets

Требования

  • 0115+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, or business development
  • 025+ years of direct channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud, or SaaS space
  • 03Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress
  • 04Ability to design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization
  • 05Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 06Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • 07Ability to engage C-suite of partners and collaborate closely with sales leadership
