Обязанности

  • 01Drive sales alignment and GTM with system integrator (SI) partners to strengthen and expand collaboration and drive mutual business growth.
  • 02Work hand-in-hand with Partner Development Managers to develop, lead and execute partner strategy as a subject matter expert for territory and key industries.
  • 03Drive growth with joint customers, deliver key GTM programs, enable partners to grow capabilities and ensure customer success.
  • 04Drive compelling business strategies, GTM motions and partner relationships; measured by partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue, adoption and consumption of Snowflake Data Cloud.
  • 05Work closely with the sales team to identify strategic SI partners, create joint account plans and drive campaigns that expand Snowflake reach in existing customers.
  • 06Identify partner solutions, offerings and capabilities (including Snowflake Data Cloud Product partners) that drive expansion and consumption.
  • 07Meet and exceed sales quota, consumption and demand‑generating activities.
  • 08Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Industry, Professional Services, Field CTO, Marketing to ensure seamless partner and customer experience.
  • 09Communicate territory strategy, vision and priorities to partners; articulate partner value propositions and share insights with relevant teams.
  • 10Assist system integrators in navigating the sales process: education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, proposal support; collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales cycle.
  • 11Monitor performance and commercial outcomes of joint initiatives; analyze sales data, pipeline reports, market trends; communicate commercial outcomes and partner impact.
  • 12Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with system integrators during pre‑sales and post‑sales activities; develop relationships with PSO key leaders to meet use‑case and go‑live dates.

Требования

  • 01Minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, business development in technology
  • 02Bachelor's degree
  • 035+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
  • 04Previous direct sales experience (preferred)
  • 05Track record of success and established relationships with Canadian SI partners
  • 06Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred
  • 07Ability to manage regional business plans, track and articulate partner progress
  • 08Strong executive presence and polish
  • 09Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem‑solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
