Обязанности

  • 01Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting activities
  • 02Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies to engage potential customers
  • 03Evangelize a future where anyone can create software in natural language, ushering in a change in the nature of the firm on par with the PC era
  • 04Articulate Replit's value proposition and align it with customers' business challenges
  • 05Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
  • 06Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logging in Replit's CRM (Hubspot)
  • 07Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • 08Continuously refine outreach approaches based on performance data
  • 09Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualification quotas

Требования

  • 011-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar customer-facing role
  • 02Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 03Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 04Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
  • 05Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of new technologies
  • 06Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Clay, SmartLead)
  • 07Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer pain points
  • 08Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends
