- 01Strategic Technical Discovery for complex deals
- 02Run Proof of Value (POV) & build live applications during executive meetings
- 03Write and deploy Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
- 04Configure enterprise governance and workspace policies
- 05Lead infrastructure strategy reviews for Single-Tenant/VPC deployments
- 06Lead Hackathons and trials
- 07Lead technical kickoff for production-ready SSO/SCIM provisioning and security setup
- 08Conduct technical onboarding, enablement, and training sessions
- 09Build Design Systems and starter templates
- 10Drive viral growth within accounts through proactive enablement
- 11Source and qualify expansion opportunities with Account Managers
- 12Co-lead value-based quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Требования
- 015-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, etc.) at a high-growth B2B SaaS or dev tools company
- 02Replit Power User with deep understanding of the platform
- 03Experience working with enterprise prospects to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal
- 04Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- 05Experience running POCs, onboarding sessions, and workshops
- 06Ability to translate vague requirements into technical concepts and build live apps in real-time
- 07Production engineering skills: ability to read and write code (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- 08Understanding of APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud architecture
- 09Thrive in a high-accountability POD structure
- 10Relevant military experience with technology is counted
- 11Comfort with up to 25% travel (expect 30%+)
