  • 01Own the EMEA Commercial sales number - pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment across the mid-market and growth segment
  • 02Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Commercial AEs, building a culture of high activity, sharp qualification, and consistent execution
  • 03Drive a high-velocity sales motion with shorter cycles, strong outbound discipline, and efficient deal management
  • 04Coach AEs on territory planning, prospecting strategies, and how to sell to technical and business stakeholders at scaling companies
  • 05Partner with Marketing and SDR leadership to build and convert pipeline across EMEA - inbound and outbound
  • 06Develop and iterate on Commercial-specific messaging and positioning that resonates with engineering leaders and CTOs at growth-stage companies
  • 07Accurately forecast and report on team activity and revenue to EMEA sales leadership
  • 08Build scalable processes, playbooks, and onboarding frameworks that let the team ramp quickly and perform consistently
  • 09Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Legal to ensure smooth handoffs and strong retention in the commercial segment
  • 10Identify expansion opportunities within the existing commercial customer base and coach AEs to grow accounts over time
  • 11Represent Vercel at EMEA industry events, developer conferences, and customer-facing engagements

Требования

  • 013+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment
  • 02Proven track record managing high-velocity commercial or mid-market teams
  • 03Ability to hire, ramp, and develop commercial AEs in a competitive market
  • 04Deep understanding of commercial sales motions, pipeline management, qualification, and deal velocity
  • 05Experience selling to engineering, product, or technical leadership at scaling or growth-stage companies
  • 06Data‑driven approach to team management, forecasting, and process iteration
  • 07Hands‑on leadership style, willing to participate in deals and calls as needed
  • 08Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a strong plus
  • 09Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms
  • 10Knowledge of Vercel, Next.js, or modern web development ecosystem is a plus
