- 01Build and scale a predictable, AI-enabled learning operations engine across APJ
- 02Design systems to manage processes and ensure APJ training operations scale with clarity, control, and commercial rigor
- 03Architect and run a scalable, data-driven operating cadence across APJ, including forecasting, QBRs, capacity planning, and executive reporting
- 04Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Learning & Enablement leaders to translate global strategy into executable regional plans
- 05Reduce operational friction by embedding automation, predictive analytics, and AI-first workflows into intake, scheduling, and performance tracking
- 06Improve forecast accuracy and operational predictability by identifying risks early and driving structured corrective action
- 07Lead high-priority escalations with discipline and composure, converting recurring issues into systemic improvements
- 08Increase stakeholder self-sufficiency by shifting standard operational requests into automated, AI-enabled pathways
- 09Standardize governance frameworks, decision rights, and ownership models to ensure consistent regional execution aligned with global standards
- 10Optimize regional utilization and fill rates while maintaining cost discipline and delivery quality
- 11Elevate operational maturity across APJ by driving adoption of data-driven practices and structured execution frameworks
Требования
- 0110+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Enablement Operations, or Professional Services Operations within high-growth technology companies
- 02Proven experience owning regional operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and large-scale execution models
- 03Strong commercial fluency, including understanding of utilization, forecast variance, and revenue discipline
- 04Experience implementing automation, analytics, or AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and predictability
- 05Analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into executive-level insight and actionable recommendations
- 06Experience operating in matrixed, international environments with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances
- 07A structured, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability
