  • 01Own the commercial success of Databricks’ training and enablement portfolio across the APJ region
  • 02Lead and scale a regional team of enablement experts, fostering a culture of excellence and strategic partnership
  • 03Work closely with account executives, Professional Services engagement managers, and solution architects to position Databricks training and certification programs as a strategic investment
  • 04Analyze and identify operational efficiencies to optimize the region's overall operational effectiveness
  • 05Expand learner growth by devising strategies with the Customer Enablement architect team and APJ Training partners
  • 06Diagnose skill gaps and build tailored enablement roadmaps to ensure customers realize the full value of the Databricks platform
  • 07Track and report on enablement success metrics, translating team activities into measurable business impact (adoption rates, revenue influence)
  • 08Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing APJ Customer Enablement team
  • 09Drive commercial success of learning and enablement offerings across enterprise accounts by aligning with APJ business objectives
  • 10Scale team impact by optimizing internal workflows and ensuring consistent high-quality delivery of enablement programs

Требования

  • 01Significant experience leading, coaching, and developing customer-facing or professional services teams within the APJ region
  • 02Demonstrated ability to manage through others, drive team engagement, and navigate regional talent management and organizational change
  • 03Proven track record of selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts (preferably in software or cloud technology)
  • 04Experience managing training partners across APJ and executing impactful partner strategies
  • 05Deep understanding of the APJ enterprise landscape, industry verticals, and cultural nuances
  • 06Lived experience managing diverse teams across APJ geography
  • 07Strong background in training operations and program management
  • 08Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and gain buy-in for training as a critical lever of digital transformation and ROI
  • 09Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills with fluency in English
