Candidate Experience Specialist, Contractor

Обязанности
- 01Collaborate with Recruiters, hiring teams, and Recruiting leadership to understand and execute the hiring plan for each job requisition
- 02Coordinate with Recruiters to maintain accurate, up-to-date hiring process information in the applicant tracking system and GitLab repositories
- 03Manage candidate scheduling and act as the Recruiting Coordinator to organize interviews and keep hiring processes running smoothly
- 04Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication at each stage of the hiring process
- 05Help manage candidate traffic for all roles, monitoring pipelines and flagging issues or bottlenecks to the recruiting team
- 06Create and stage employment contracts for candidates receiving offers on behalf of hiring managers and Recruiters
- 07Partner with People Operations to create a seamless handoff for new team members joining GitLab
- 08Promote GitLab's values, culture, and all-remote approach in every interaction, acting as a brand ambassador for potential team members
Требования
- 01Experience supporting end to end hiring processes in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers, ideally in a fast paced or high volume environment
- 02Skill using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and move candidates through interview stages; Greenhouse experience is beneficial but not required
- 03Proficiency with Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and a willingness to learn and use additional tools
- 04Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- 05Demonstrated strength in organization, time management, and prioritization, with a consistent focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- 06Ability to build collaborative relationships with team members across time zones and functions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- 07Interest in learning about talent acquisition and contributing to an inclusive hiring process that attracts a qualified, diverse, and motivated team
- 08Alignment with GitLab's values and comfort working in an all remote, asynchronous environment, including flexibility in your working hours to support candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
