Обязанности

  • 01Partner closely with Engineering leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and organizational fit
  • 02Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across the Engineering organization
  • 03Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies and identify target companies, teams, and engineers
  • 04Partner with the sourcing team on creative talent pipeline strategies and competitor mapping
  • 05Run candidate process with urgency, ensuring same-day follow-up and proactive next steps
  • 06Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and provide data-centric updates to stakeholders
  • 07Drive offer processes including negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • 08Act as a strategic advisor to anticipate hiring needs and shape strategy with engineering stakeholders
  • 09Lead initiatives to improve technical recruiting operations, including interview loops and training

Требования

  • 015+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience at a high-growth tech company or startup
  • 02Demonstrated track record hiring for deeply technical engineering roles
  • 03Proficiency in building and using AI across all stages of the recruiting process
  • 04Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills
  • 05Ability to influence at various organizational levels using data-driven decision-making
  • 06Operational strength, detail-orientation, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • 07Genuine care for candidate experience
