Обязанности

  • 01Lead a high-performing team of technical recruiters responsible for full-cycle hiring across all engineering roles
  • 02Build and refine recruiting strategies for complex engineering roles, leveraging market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights
  • 03Partner closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional partners to translate business priorities into hiring strategies and evolve the interview process
  • 04Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters, fostering a high-performing, healthy team through clear expectations, feedback, and coaching
  • 05Own funnel health using data to improve processes, systems, and pipelines
  • 06Build scalable sourcing partnerships, set clear priorities and team structures, and establish operating rhythms
  • 07Own hiring outcomes and drive consistent delivery against goals
  • 08Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, influence team composition, and drive continuous improvement across the recruiting function
  • 09Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, using data and market insights to guide hiring decisions

Требования

  • 0110+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing recruiting teams
  • 02Deep, hands-on expertise in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a track record of leading teams to deliver consistent hiring outcomes in high-growth environments
  • 03Experience building and developing high-performing recruiting teams, including coaching on assessment, stakeholder management, and closing
  • 04Strong understanding of technical talent markets, with the ability to translate insights into effective recruiting strategies
  • 05Data-driven decision-maker who uses recruiting metrics to diagnose issues, uncover insights, and influence behavior across teams
  • 06Strong operator with a bias for action and follow-through; sets priorities, navigates ambiguity with sound judgment, and drives execution and results consistently
  • 07Clear, effective communicator who builds credibility and strong relationships, and influences through tailored messaging across audiences
  • 08Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
  • 09Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work, demonstrating curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly
