Head of Recruiting Operations

  • 01Lead the evolution of global recruiting operations function
  • 02Partner with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve hiring efficiency, elevate decision-making, and enhance experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • 03Design and operationalize programs, processes, and enablement strategies for consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes
  • 04Design and continuously improve scalable, global recruiting processes for high-quality hiring at speed
  • 05Design and implement a scalable and efficient recruiting coordination process
  • 06Identify friction points across the hiring lifecycle and drive process improvements for efficiency and consistency
  • 07Establish clear operating rhythms, SLAs, and performance standards across recruiting teams
  • 08Lead change management efforts to roll out new processes and ensure adoption across regions and functions
  • 09Build and deliver onboarding and enablement programs for recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring effectiveness
  • 10Develop frameworks for structured interviewing, evaluation quality, and consistent decision-making
  • 11Create playbooks, training, and best practices to elevate hiring manager capability and interviewer performance
  • 12Partner with TA leadership to reinforce high standards for candidate experience and hiring outcomes
  • 13Define and track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, interviewer effectiveness)
  • 14Translate data into actionable insights to improve team performance and inform decision-making
  • 15Partner with Finance and TA leadership on hiring forecasts, capacity planning, and performance analysis
  • 16Build reporting frameworks to bring visibility and accountability to hiring outcomes
  • 17Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and business leaders to align on hiring priorities and execution
  • 18Collaborate with systems and IT partners to ensure tools effectively support recruiting workflows
  • 19Act as a connective layer between strategy and execution, ensuring hiring goals translate into operational outcomes
  • 20Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Recruiting Operations team
  • 21Drive consistency and operational excellence across global recruiting teams
  • 22Serve as a strategic partner to TA leadership on performance, process improvements, and scaling the function
  • 23Create a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making

Требования

  • 018+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or related roles
  • 02Proven track record of improving recruiting processes and driving operational excellence at scale
  • 03Strong experience with recruiting metrics, analytics, and performance management
  • 04Experience building enablement programs and improving hiring manager and interviewer effectiveness
  • 05Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • 06Strong program management and change management capabilities
  • 07A practical, data-driven mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes

Условия

  • 01Annual base salary range (San Francisco Bay area): $179,000 — $246,000 USD
  • 02Annual base salary range varies by location (California excluding SF Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Washington)
