Head of Recruiting Operations

- 01Design and continuously improve scalable, global recruiting processes that enable high-quality hiring at speed
- 02Design and implement a recruiting coordination process that's scalable and efficient
- 03Identify friction points across the hiring lifecycle and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency
- 04Establish clear operating rhythms, SLAs, and performance standards across recruiting teams
- 05Lead change management efforts to roll out new processes and ensure adoption across regions and functions
- 06Build and deliver onboarding and enablement programs for recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring effectiveness
- 07Develop frameworks for structured interviewing, evaluation quality, and consistent decision-making
- 08Create playbooks, training, and best practices that elevate hiring manager capability and interviewer performance
- 09Partner with TA leadership to reinforce high standards for candidate experience and hiring outcomes
- 10Define and track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, interviewer effectiveness)
- 11Translate data into actionable insights that improve team performance and inform decision-making
- 12Partner with Finance and TA leadership on hiring forecasts, capacity planning, and performance analysis
- 13Build reporting frameworks that bring visibility and accountability to hiring outcomes
- 14Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, and business leaders to align on hiring priorities and execution
- 15Collaborate with systems and IT partners to ensure tools effectively support recruiting workflows (without owning the systems directly)
- 16Act as a connective layer between strategy and execution, ensuring hiring goals translate into operational outcomes
- 17Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Recruiting Operations team
- 18Drive consistency and operational excellence across global recruiting teams
- 19Serve as a strategic partner to TA leadership on performance, process improvements, and scaling the function
- 20Create a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making

- 018+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or related roles
- 02Proven track record of improving recruiting processes and driving operational excellence at scale
- 03Strong experience with recruiting metrics, analytics, and performance management
- 04Experience building enablement programs and improving hiring manager and interviewer effectiveness
- 05Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 06Strong program management and change management capabilities
- 07A practical, data-driven mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes
Условия
- 01Annual base salary range for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $179,000 — $246,000 USD
- 02Annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location
- 03Offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave)
