  • 01Provide targeted coaching and consulting to managers at various levels to support their growth and effectiveness across a wide range of people-related topics, including performance management, career development, conflict resolution, and navigating organizational change
  • 02Act as a subject matter expert on a range of HR policies and processes to support managers and employees
  • 03Work with legal counsel and external consultants to address complex issues and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • 04Support key talent management initiatives such as annual cyclical programs, performance management, workforce reviews, and employee listening to ensure smooth and timely execution
  • 05Guide and advise on change management and communications for team restructuring efforts
  • 06Analyze people and process data and trends to identify gaps in processes, policies, employee experience, or team dynamics
  • 07Ensure excellent employee experiences through key life cycle stages, including onboarding and departure processes
  • 08Foster a culture of humility, optimism, belonging, and inclusivity

Требования

  • 014-8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing HR role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations partner), or equivalent experience in a business-facing role
  • 02Demonstrated experience independently advising and coaching managers at varying levels on performance management, employee relations, and team culture
  • 03Working knowledge of employment legislation and practices in the United States, including experience working with legal counsel on complex employee matters
  • 04Strong ability to diagnose problems using data and develop viable solutions
  • 05Actively seek ways to improve processes and demonstrate initiative to gain support for and implement changes that deliver positive impact
  • 06Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate clearly and credibly with managers at all levels
