People Consultant

  • 01Partner with and advise front line managers on performance management, coaching, career development, employee relations, leveling and team effectiveness with a focus on belonging and inclusivity
  • 02Advise and consult front line management on Stripe People policies and best practices
  • 03Partner directly with People Partners, managers, and leaders on organizational strategy and initiatives, including reorganizations
  • 04Facilitate rollout of People programs such as performance review cycles, compensation cycles, employee engagement surveys and ad hoc programs
  • 05Analyze and present organizational health trends and insights; manage tracking and reporting of key people data
  • 06Ensure excellent employee experience through key lifecycle stages including departure processes
  • 07Work with legal counsel and external consultants to ensure compliance with local labor regulations

Требования

  • 01Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including 2-3 years in a client-facing HR role (e.g., HR Business Partner, Employee Relations partner)
  • 02Experience partnering with managers on performance management, coaching, employee relations, team health, and culture
  • 03Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision making
  • 04Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • 05Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and practices in Mexico
  • 06Preferred: experience in fast‑paced, growing environment, preferably technology or large‑scale organization
  • 07Preferred: project management skills and ability to design and execute clear processes
  • 08Preferred: proven ability to identify improvement areas and escalate recurring themes to decision makers
