- 01Implement Stripe’s rewards philosophy and principles in compensation related decisions and processes
- 02Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and the Executive team on all compensation matters
- 03Conduct analyses of market data in order to ensure compensation ranges are aligned to market and supporting the company’s people strategy
- 04Be data driven and stand for objectivity, independent decision taking, utmost credibility, and trustworthiness
- 05Ensure Stripe’s compensation programs are well communicated and understood across leadership, management, and individual contributors
Требования
- 01At least 5+ years of work experience in developing and managing global compensation programs and processes for both public and private companies, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment
- 02A strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
- 03Applies user-centered design principles to deliver improved processes and experiences
- 04Proven analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and have truly in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
- 05The ability to communicate across diverse groups with clear, approachable, and collaborative style
- 06Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders
- 07A deep commitment to excellent customer service, empathy, and discretion
- 08Can balance multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities; approaching challenges with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
