Head of Platforms Sales, Australia and New Zealand

  • 01Recruit, develop and lead a team of sales professionals, with a particular focus on the Platform segment across AUNZ
  • 02Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics
  • 03Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth
  • 04Driving deal strategy and execution including strong pipeline development, opportunity/renewal management, and forecasting
  • 05Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle
  • 06Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to C-level
  • 07Inspire, motivate and enable personal and career development of team members, both to promote career growth and to increase impact for Stripe
  • 08Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Product/Connect, Sales Ops, S&O, Marketing, GTM Partnerships, and others
  • 09Participate in industry events to help support positive market awareness

Требования

  • 0112+ years of relevant sales experience, 4+ years of people management experience
  • 02Experience working with the AUNZ markets
  • 03Experience consistently forecasting and managing a high growth business for multiple quarters
  • 04Thrives in settings with a high level of autonomy to create strategy, direction, and structure
  • 05Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team
  • 06Ability to build executive relationships with customers and ecosystem partners
  • 07Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry or business relevant terms
