  • 01Become an expert in Insider One products.
  • 02Make recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing "best practice" advice to customers to optimize Insider One effectiveness.
  • 03Proactively monitor our partners’ activities, facilitate, and provide on-time and around-the-clock insights and solutions to the partners.
  • 04Provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation.
  • 05Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success, and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients.
  • 06Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and the competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams.
  • 07Demonstrate outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts.
  • 08Masterfully deliver software demonstrations, whether in person or via web presentation.

  • 01Bachelor’s degree or higher (e.g., Marketing, Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields).

  • 08Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
  • 09Possess "best of breed" functional sales experience that could be applied across an entire sales area in general or specific functional categories.
