01Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from onboarding through adoption and expansion
02Proactively engage with client-side technical stakeholders to understand their infrastructure, digital transformation goals, and success metrics
03Lead technical workshops and deep-dive architecture sessions to align Insider solutions with client business objectives
04Run pilots and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate business value and drive successful production rollouts
05Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing use, in close collaboration with internal engineering and product teams
06Escalate and manage technical blockers efficiently, facilitating solutions by leveraging cross-functional expertise
07Advocate for customer needs and business use cases within the Insider product team
08Share best practices to guide long-term customer strategy and help them maximize the impact of Insider solutions

01Proven experience in complex technical solution design, system architecture, or implementation of SaaS platforms
02Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence technical decision-making in large or strategic client accounts
03Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience with pilots, proof of concepts, and scalable deployments
04Technical knowledge with cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and system integration best practices
05Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, database technologies
06Experience with marketing technologies, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or API integrations is strongly preferred
07Familiarity with webhooks, CDPs, or personalization engines is a plus
08Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable business solutions
