Customer Onboarding Intern - Brazil

  • 01Assist in managing onboarding projects, contributing to successful outcomes and accelerating Time to Value for clients.
  • 02Participate in developing materials and processes that enhance the customer experience during onboarding.
  • 03Document client interactions and support the transition to the Customer Success Team after the onboarding phase.

Требования

  • 01Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 02Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • 03Ability to effectively manage time and tasks.
  • 04Interest in technology, especially in SaaS platforms and system integration.
  • 05Willingness to learn about project management and client interaction.
  • 06Hands-on attitude, ownership, and a collaborative approach to work.
