  • 01Become an expert in Insider One products
  • 02Make recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing “best practice” advice to customers to optimize Insider One effectiveness
  • 03Proactively monitor our partners’ activities, facilitate, and provide on-time and around-the-clock insights and solutions to the partners
  • 04Provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation
  • 05Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success, and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients
  • 06Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and the competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams
  • 07Outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts
  • 08Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 01At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Consultant, ideally in SaaS or Martech

  • 09Masterful in delivering software demonstrations, whether in person or via web presentation
  • 10Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing
  • 11Possess “best of breed” functional sales experience that could be applied across an entire sales area in general or specific functional categories
