Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Agentic AI)
Full-Time (Remote)Istanbul
Обязанности
- 01design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems powered by LLMs and Foundation Models
- 02build agentic AI applications — multi-step LLM workflows with RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs
- 03design and run evaluation pipelines to measure and improve agent quality (LLM-as-judge, regression testing, safety/red-team evaluation)
- 04collaborate with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to design API contracts and deliver end-to-end features
- 05monitor the performance, latency, cost, and SLAs of AI systems in production
- 06provide technical leadership and drive the necessary infrastructure or architectural changes
Требования
- 01Graduated from Computer Engineering or a similar department
- 02have at least 5 years of experience in software development
- 03proficient in Python
- 04have knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and transformation
- 05are familiar with the machine learning life cycle
- 06hands-on experience with agent and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Strands SDK, Google ADK, LangChain / LangGraph) and familiarity with LLM observability tools (e.g., Langfuse)
- 07have a good knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices (Agile Methodologies, Coding Standards, Code Reviews, Resource Management, Development Processes, Deployment, Testing, and Operations)
- 08have experience with AWS or other cloud services
- 09have advanced English skills
