Lead Front-end Developer - Vue.js (Remote)

  • 01Own technical direction of frontend architecture across Vue.js applications
  • 02Design and evolve Micro Frontend Architecture
  • 03Develop and maintain state-of-the-art web applications using Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API, Pinia/Vuex)
  • 04Write reusable, well‑tested code and maintain scalable components
  • 05Lead technical decision‑making, write RFCs, drive architectural reviews and set frontend standards
  • 06Improve performance, scalability and availability of systems
  • 07Troubleshoot interface software and debug application code
  • 08Lead, manage and grow a team of frontend engineers, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews and career development
  • 09Mentor engineers across seniority levels and coach technical and career growth
  • 10Foster a culture of ownership, psychological safety and continuous learning
  • 11Identify skill gaps, create development plans and advocate for promotions
  • 12Participate in hiring, interview candidates and contribute to technical assessments
  • 13Plan and prioritize team roadmap aligned with product and business goals, mentor sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • 14Track team health metrics and act on them
  • 15Represent frontend team to senior leadership, communicating progress, risks and trade‑offs
  • 16Drive cross‑team alignment with product managers, designers, backend leads, QA and SRE

Требования

  • 018+ years professional experience as a Front‑end Developer
  • 02At least 2+ years in a Lead, Tech Lead or Staff‑level role
  • 03Deep expertise in Vue.js (Vue 2 & Vue 3, Composition API)
  • 04Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • 05Experience with state management libraries such as Pinia or Vuex
  • 06Proven experience designing and implementing Micro Frontend architectures
  • 07Solid understanding of web performance optimization and scalability
  • 08Experience with backend technologies like Go, Node.js or PHP
  • 09Ability to write reusable, well‑tested code and conduct code reviews
  • 10Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and people‑management skills
  • 11Experience with agile development processes and sprint planning
  • 12Strong communication skills for interacting with non‑technical stakeholders
