- 01Partner with enterprise prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle
- 02Design best-fit solutions using Cloudflare's global network
- 03Onboard new customers via video, in-person sessions, or documentation
- 04Act as a trusted advisor on web and mobile security and performance
- 05Develop firewall rules from logs
- 06Optimize caching and delivery strategies
- 07Build or adapt internal tools and scripts to meet customer needs
- 08Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams
- 09Create scalable solutions and deliver lasting impact
Требования
- 01Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
- 02Understanding of 'how the internet works' (e.g., TCP vs UDP, DNS, firewalls, TLS, HTTP)
- 03Singaporean or PR is highly preferred
- 04Fluent in Mandarin to support Chinese-speaking customers
- 05Previous experience in a sales or consulting role (bonus)
