Senior Solutions Engineer - Mid-Market Tampa

- 01Drive technical discussions and implementations to help generate new business, expand existing business, and keep customers happy
- 02Qualify prospect and customer use cases, technical requirements discovery, leading demonstrations, solution identification and design, and collaborative work on proofs-of-concept (PoCs)
- 03Advise customers on technical best practices, implementation of Cloudflare products and features, and strategic guidance on internet security and performance
- 04Attend meetings with prospects or customers, attend conferences and other industry events, and collaborate with Cloudflare teammates
Требования
- 01Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash, Lua, Go) and a desire to expand those skills
- 02Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, GRE, TCP/UDP, DNS (authoritative and recursive), HTTP(S), SSL / TLS
- 03Familiarity with Zero Trust Framework and SASE related concepts
- 0412 years plus of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role
- 05Technical curiosity and passion for staying up to date with Cloudflare’s specific products and industry trends
- 06Focus on learning, teaching, collaboration, mentorship, and growth
- 07Project management, relationship building, and EQ skills
- 08Understanding of regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2
