Senior Solutions Engineer, Named Accounts - San Francisco

- 01Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- 02Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos explaining the benefits of Cloudflare products to existing and potential customers
- 03Run proof of concept trials for customers
- 04Identify customer initiatives and business challenges and map them to appropriate Cloudflare solutions
- 05Build technical champions and strong relationships within customer accounts
- 06Lead demonstration and proof-of-concept activities for both prospects and customers
- 07Develop and present customer presentations tailored for all organizational levels within an Enterprise Customer's organization
- 08Demonstrate and share Cloudflare expertise with peers through creation of professional content like white papers and blog posts
- 09Represent and evangelize Cloudflare externally at industry events with thought leadership
- 10Apply in-depth vertical knowledge or domain expertise to advise on best practices
Требования
- 01Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 02Minimum 5 years pre-sales experience
- 03Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, with exposure to CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS technologies
- 04Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- 05Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently
- 06Highly motivated, curious, and collaborative team player who works with a sense of urgency
- 07Travel requirement: up to 50% travel for meetings, conferences, and collaboration
