- 01Lead and manage the Solutions Engineering team as a player/coach
- 02Work closely with prospects and customers, shadowing and improving team's technical expertise
- 03Onboard new team members and ensure equitable workload distribution
- 04Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members
- 05Escalate and identify issues quickly and efficiently
- 06Collaborate with other team leads and regional lead for proper coordination
- 07Partner closely with peer sales leaders to drive revenue targets
- 08Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams
- 09Advise team on creating scalable solutions for customer needs
- 10Drive customer success across the organization
Требования
- 0115+ years of pre-sales / Solutions Engineering experience in a reputable IT company
- 025+ years of experience as a frontline or second-level SE manager
- 03Strong understanding of the Northern European (Benelux/Nordics) market
- 04Proven track record of business engagements with customers in the Northern European market
- 05Proven track record of business growth and talent acquisition (team building)
- 06Demonstrable experience in coaching, leadership skills, and team management
- 07Demonstrable experience in understanding and solving escalations and team issues
- 08Understanding of customer buying decision process and ability to influence it
- 09Ability to make intelligent business decisions to drive revenue targets
- 10Expertise in internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, TCP/UDP, DNS (authoritative and recursive), HTTP(S), SSL/TLS
- 11Technical curiosity and passion for staying updated with industry trends
