Regional Marketing Manager | United States | Remote

- 01Partner with regional Sales leaders to define marketing priorities, target accounts, and programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- 02Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis across all programs
- 03Drive regional events strategy and lead end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person programs, including logistics, vendors, and attendee experience
- 04Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure strong lead follow-up, conversion, and pipeline progression
- 05Build and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts, aligned with global campaigns and tailored to regional needs
- 06Track and report on program performance, using data and AI-driven insights to optimize pipeline impact and ROI
- 07Partner cross-functionally across all marketing teams, GTM functions, and key stakeholders such as Finance
- 08Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors while proactively identifying risks and solving issues
Требования
- 01Located in Central or Eastern time zone
- 023+ years in field/regional marketing, demand generation, or related role
- 03Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve marketing performance, targeting, campaign execution, and decision-making (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
- 04Proven experience driving pipeline through integrated marketing programs
- 05Strong collaboration with Sales teams and understanding of pipeline mechanics
- 06Experience with both hosted and third-party events
- 07Experience with Salesforce (reporting, campaign tracking) and marketing tools (e.g., SplashThat, Zuddl, etc.)
- 08Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 09Willingness to travel (~40%)
