  • 01Serve as trusted advisor and operational partner to the CRO and GTM leadership, translating strategic goals into operational plans
  • 02Own key workstreams in annual planning, including territory design, quota setting, headcount planning, incentive design, and fiscal year communications
  • 03Develop and manage the GTM Operations roadmap, prioritizing initiatives to maximize sales productivity, pipeline generation, and customer retention
  • 04Oversee and optimize end-to-end GTM processes to improve efficiency and reduce friction across the customer lifecycle
  • 05Lead Sales Operations, Partner Operations, XDR Operations, and Customer Success/Professional Services Operations teams
  • 06Partner with Finance and GTM leadership to manage forecasting with rigor, accuracy, and predictability
  • 07Establish, monitor, and manage key GTM metrics and dashboards for executive and functional leaders
  • 08Provide performance insights, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • 09Recruit, mentor, and develop a world‑class GTM Operations organization
  • 10Act as change agent, championing new processes and technologies across GTM
  • 11Manage cross‑functional alignment with Finance, Marketing Operations, PeopleOps, and Business Technology

  • 0112+ years progressive experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Business Operations in B2B SaaS
  • 025+ years leading large, multi‑functional operations teams (Sales, Partner, Customer Success)
  • 03Proven experience as a strategic partner to a CRO or C‑level executive driving revenue efficiency and scale
  • 04Deep expertise in GTM planning, partner/channel operations, XDR operations, territory and quota design, sales process optimization
  • 05Mastery of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and understanding of the broader sales technology ecosystem
  • 06Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and business intelligence tools
  • 07Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills with senior leaders
  • 08Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and manage multiple priorities
  • 09Bias toward action and ownership mentality
  • 10Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 11Eligibility to work in the United States (US soil)

  • 02Base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area: $296,000 – $407,000 USD
  • 03Eligibility for equity, bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible spending account, paid time off and parental leave
  • 04Location: United States (any of the 50 states, District of Columbia, or outlying areas)
