- 01Develop annual business plans with partners
- 02Collaborate with pre-sales, enablement, and success teams to build partner capabilities
- 03Generate pipeline and deal registration through MDF and sales strategies
- 04Plan and execute pipeline generation strategies, including channel marketing activities with key partners and distributors
- 05Help partners develop a POV on how to grow OKTA revenue
- 06Build trust with partners and enable them to co-sell OKTA to their customer base
- 07Work closely with the sales team to define customized value propositions
- 08Develop detailed go-to-market plans
- 09Help partners ensure the success of mutual customers through best-in-class implementations and support
- 10Serve as the partner advocate within Okta, championing partners and their opportunities
- 11Convey partners’ feedback to Okta and Okta’s feedback to partners to resolve issues and drive revenue growth
- 12Regularly manage and report on the sales pipeline
Требования
- 01Over 10 years of partner management experience at a cybersecurity or SaaS company
- 02Proven track record of successful channel and field alliance strategies for revenue growth
- 03Fluent Japanese and working-level English
- 04Extensive experience driving demand generation and partner capability building
- 05Track record of exceeding sales targets
- 06Ability to deliver excellent results in a matrix organizational environment
- 07Business leader capable of influencing decision-makers at all levels within partner and prospect organizations
- 08Building strong relationships
