- 01Provide a world-class experience to Okta employees in APJ and globally
- 02Aim for first-touch resolution via Slack and Zoom, managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 03Act as a key tester for new agentic IT tools, providing feedback to refine AI-driven support features
- 04Handle app provisioning to ensure new hires have a successful onboarding experience
- 05Offer onsite support in the Sydney office and occasionally travel to other offices or vendor sites
- 06Use ServiceNow to manage ticket queues and hardware inventory
- 07Adapt quickly to new systems as the company scales
Требования
- 011–2 years in an IT Helpdesk environment (internal or external)
- 02Familiarity with macOS (JAMF) and Windows (Intune)
- 03A strong 'employee-first' mindset, great communication skills, and a positive attitude
