- 01Manage daily schedule of executives and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences and special events across global time zones
- 02Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports and assist with travel budget management
- 03Co‑ordinate All Hands meetings and newsletters for each executive’s organization
- 04Act as liaison for assigned executives, relaying information and anticipating needs
- 05Field incoming requests with discretion for highly confidential information
- 06Work cross‑functionally to ensure efficient communication between teams
- 07Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities to meet deadlines
Требования
- 01Minimum 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting multiple VP‑level remote executives
- 02Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters
- 03Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure environment
- 04Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs
- 05Extensive experience arranging complex schedules and logistics across multiple time zones
- 06Extraordinary time‑management skills and attention to detail
- 07Strong communication, planning, organizational and analytical abilities
- 08Energetic and positive attitude in a fast‑paced demanding environment
- 09Ability to anticipate next steps and work well with diverse personalities

- 01Hybrid work model (LI‑Hybrid)
- 02Annual base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area: $117,000 – $160,000 USD
